If there is a charge, having your new pre-loved car driven to your home address is usually the most affordable option.

  • Convenience! Chose a day and a time for your car to be delivered right to your door.

  • No need to travel across the country on public transport to pick it up.

On the other hand:

  • You won’t get to see your car up close until its delivered to you.

  • You won’t be the first person to drive it since you became the owner.

If these things are important, you might prefer to pick it up yourself.

Oodles car delivery service is optional. If you’ve bought your used car via the Oodle marketplace, we can deliver it from up to 250 miles away, anywhere across mainland UK. We can either drive the car to you (the quickest way) or deliver it by truck, any day of the week. The Oodle team will guide you through the process of booking your delivery and explain all the available options to you. Prices will be distant dependent, but are always reasonable and are calculated by mileage by our delivery partner.

On the day, we’ll give your new car a final check and take photos before it leaves the dealership. Our
delivery specialist will be in touch to let you know they’re on the way. Once they’ve arrived, they will show you around the car, check the vehicle over with you and answer any questions you might have, before making sure you are completely comfortable with how
everything works.

There will be at least a quarter of tank of fuel in the car at the point of delivery, so you can get behind the wheels as soon as you like!

Aftercare and returns policy

Our aftercare team is on hand for up to 30 days following delivery to answer your queries or sort any issues. If you have any problems at all, just give them a call.

If you’ve bought a car from our online marketplace and taken advantage of the delivery service available, you can return the car free of charge * with seven days of delivery if you decide it’s not for
you. The seven day return guarantee is available until 7pm on the seventh day following delivery, providing the car hasn’t been damaged or driven more than 200 miles.

*The car must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
