  • How do I reinstate my Direct Debit?

    If you need to reinstate your Direct Debit you can use our ‘Chat with us’ service.

    Just click ‘Chat with us’ at the bottom of this page and select “Reinstate Direct Debit”.

  • Can I amend my payment date?

    Please use the ‘Chat with us’ service at the bottom of this page to amend your Direct Debit payment date. This may take up to 12 days to take effect.

    Please remember that when your regular payment date falls on a weekend/bank holiday, your payment will be taken on the previous working day.

  • What is the status of my payment?

    No news is good news! Most of the time your payment will be successful, but it may take a few days to process on our side, and if there are any issues, we will always contact you to let you know.

    If you’re worried or want to check on the status of the payment, you can always check with your bank if the payment has been made.

    You can sign into your Oodle Customer Portal to view payment history.

  • Can I pay by credit card?

    All Oodle agreements require payment by Direct Debit. This helps to ensure your payments are made regularly and on time.

    You will be able to choose the date of your Direct Debit payment when you set up your Oodle agreement and you can change it if you need to at a later date.

  • What should I do if I change my bank account?

    Please let us know as soon as you can if you need to change the bank account your direct debit comes out of.

  • Can I pay weekly?

    We are not currently able to offer weekly payments.

  • How do I make a payment/pay my arrears?

    If you need to make a payment or repay some arrears you can do this within your Oodle Customer Portal.

    Alternatively you can click on ‘Chat with us’ at the bottom of this screen and select ‘Make a payment’.

  • My spouse and I have split up and they need to pay half of the arrears. What do I do?

    We’re sorry to hear that. 

    If you have a joint application you’ve both tied to that contract until the very last payment. Although, there are ways you can exit the agreement:

    1. Settle the agreement in full
    2. Part exchange the car through a dealer and take a new finance agreement out with Oodle in your own name.
