My name has changed

We know when your name changes there can be loads of admin, so at Oodle we’ve tried to make it as simple as possible for you. If you want to change the name on your agreement, all you need to do is send us an email on customerservices@oodlefinance.com with copies, not originals (we may in some cases ask for original versions for further verification) of any relevant documents such as marriage certificate, decree nisi/absolute or deed poll notice, along with your agreement number. You can also pop a copy, not originals (we may in some cases ask for original versions for further verification) of the relevant document in the post and send it over to: customerservices@oodlefinance.com . Please include your agreement number with the document copies, so we know it’s you.
