What should I do if I change my bank account?

We need to make sure we receive your payments securely so, it’s important you let us know if you’ve changed your bank account. Please use the new ‘Chat with us’ feature to let us know about any changes to your bank details.
Don’t forget that in order to collect your monthly payment on time we require a minimum of 10 working days to set up a new direct mandate, and that your new account details will need to be in your name or your name with another party.
