Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Oodle Finance Limited, Floor 19, City Tower, New York Street, Manchester, M1 4HN ("Oodle").
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to customers who have been invited by Oodle to complete the November NPS survey and who meet the entry requirements set out below.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.
Employees of Oodle Finance Limited and anyone directly involved in the administration of the survey or prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
The survey will be open from 09/11/26 at 12:00 until 07/12/26 at 18:00.
To be entered into the prize draw, customers must:
complete and submit the survey before the closing date;
answer all questions marked as required; and
Entry to the prize draw will be automatic and no purchase or payment is required to enter the prize draw.
One entry per eligible customer. Where more than one eligible survey response is submitted by the same customer, only one entry will be included in the prize draw.
4. Prizes
There are 10 prizes available, each consisting of a £20 Amazon voucher.
Each winner will receive one £20 voucher.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and prizes are non-transferable. If the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Oodle's reasonable control, Oodle will provide an alternative prize of equivalent value.
5. Selecting the winners
The prize draw will take place on 21/12/26.
All eligible entries will be entered into the draw and 10 winners will be selected at random using a random number generator.
Oodle will maintain an appropriate record of the draw and the method used to select the winners.
6. Contacting winners and receiving prizes
Oodle will attempt to contact each winner by email within two weeks of the prize draw taking place.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond in the manner that the email requests within 14 days of Oodle's initial contact, Oodle will select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Use of personal information
Personal information provided in connection with the prize draw will be used to administer the prize draw, including selecting and contacting winners and arranging delivery of prizes, and will be handled in accordance with Oodle's Privacy Policy.
Personal details collected for the administration of the prize draw will not be used for marketing purposes unless the customer has separately provided the appropriate permission.
8. General
Oodle reserves the right to exclude entries that do not meet these Terms and Conditions or where there are reasonable grounds to believe an entry is fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
Oodle's decision regarding the administration of the prize draw and selection of winners will be final, subject to applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions will be available to participants throughout the survey fieldwork period.
