How To Let Us Know

How To Let Us Know

We’re sorry for your loss, and we want to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible for you. Managing financial matters after a bereavement can feel overwhelming - we understand.

The easiest way to let us know is through NotifyNOW, a free service that helps you inform multiple companies about a bereavement quickly and securely — all in one place, so you can focus on the more important things during this difficult time. Alternatively, if you wish to use another method, you can:

  • Call our Customer Services team at 01865 477826, Monday-Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.

  • Use the ‘Chat with us’ function at the bottom of this page to speak with a representative.

Information You’ll Need When Contacting Us

Please have the following details ready:

  • The full name of the agreement holder

  • The vehicle registration number

  • Your relationship to the agreement holder

  • Date of death

  • Death certificate (if available)

  • Executor details (if available)

Once we’ve received this information, we’ll be in touch to explain the available options and next steps in detail.

Additional Support

We understand that handling financial matters is just one part of coping with loss. If you need further emotional support, guidance, or practical advice, the following resources may be helpful:
