Our commitment to you

At Oodle we strongly believe that all our customers are unique. We also understand that the impact Covid-19 will be having on everybody will be unique to each individual, and our aim is to be there for each of you.

We appreciate that these are difficult times and that the unknown is causing stress and anxiety for many. We fully empathise and are taking the time to appreciate each individual circumstance in order to provide the best solution for you. We know that a blanket approach simply won’t work for all our customers. With this in mind we have set out some of the options available to support you through both the short and long term.

We are aware of the stress and anxiety caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and are committed to doing all we can to support our customers that are experiencing financial difficulty during this time.

Everyone’s position will be different, so it’s really important that we understand your individual situation.
